    I'm certain that muskets-and-sorcery could be a genre worth working on. Something new and different to add to the fantasy family.

  2. Actually, I was referring to the way the professor sealed the tomb up afterwords, so that stray passers-by wouldn't be harmed.

    You know we've been scooped - there's that whole Napoleonic Dragon thing. I haven't read it yet, though.

  3. Noami Novak's Temeraire seires. Not quite true muskets-and-sorcery. Its just the real world with drgaons added.
